How to Install your CenerLine Ridge Strip

The CenterLine Ridge pack will come to you with 4 Ridges attached to an insert, with their sticky sides down.

You can follow the basic instructions on the insert, you'll simply peel the ridge from the paper backing - then stick it to the center line of your grip. Using scissors, you can cut the ridge to your custom length.

Before you do that, we recommend that you first take a moment to identify both the front and back center line of your grip - noting where the line goes straight up and down the front and back of the grip.

Our standard practice is to make a light marking of the center line with a pencil. This can later be erased if you decide to remove the CenterLine Ridge.

(if you do decide to remove the CenterLine Ridge at a later date, it can easily be removed and the grip cleaned. See the Removal page for more information.)

Find the point where you'd like the CenterLine Ridge to begin and stick it to the grip, then slowly attach it to the center line that you've identified.

Keep working the CenterLine Ridge slowly up the center line of your grip. Following the straight line up to the curve of your grip.

Carefully work it through the curve in your grip.

(Your CenterLine Ridge insert has come with multiple ridges. In case of any mis-alignment on install, remove the ridge and then continue with one of the additional ridges.)

Once you've aligned the ridge as needed on the center line of your grip, cut the ridge to length using scissors.

The CenterLine Ridge will blend in smoothly with your grip.

Repeat the same process with the front of your grip.

Now you'll have both CenterLine Ridges sitting on the center line of the front and back grip of your pistol and you'll be able to use them to align your shots by feeling your grip. See the How It Works page for more information on using your CenterLine Ridges.
